the broadcroft hotel is in a great location, super easy to find and there's free parking which is awesome. breakfast was really good with a lot of options. the rooms were lovely and clean. They gave us free bottled water and hot chocolate which was a nice touch. really enjoyed the comfy feel of the place. would totally recommend it to others!
the only downside was that the room we got was a bit small for our taste, and we didn't appreciate the lack of hot water during our stay.

Rooms provide decent comfort with standard furnishings. The location boasts proximity to local attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
The lack of a lift can be inconvenient for accessing the 2nd-floor rooms, especially with heavy luggage. Noise from nearby events rattles the rooms often, making it feel like you're part of the party until late into the night. Outdated room decor leads to less comfort than expected. The key card system can be annoying, requiring the card to stay in a wall slot just for power. Bar drinks could use a serious quality check, as the taste left much to be desired.

A delightful stay with ample parking and friendly check-in staff. The room was modern, clean, and featured an outstanding shower experience. The highlight was definitely the dining. the grilled cheese was exceptional and the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. The only downside was that we didn't have a reserved table for dinner, and the busy atmosphere made it a bit hectic during peak hours.
